By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you ("customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Site, browsing our products, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We make reasonable efforts to display our kits, materials, and finishes accurately, including through photographs. However, actual colour, texture, and finish may vary from what is shown due to screen calibration, lighting conditions during photography, and the inherently hand-applied, artisanal nature of microcement and limecoat finishes. Minor variation is a natural characteristic of the material, not a defect.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed and paid for.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our payment gateway (Cashfree) and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Delivery timelines shown on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon handover to our courier/logistics partner; title passes upon full payment.
Our kits are designed for self-application ("DIY"). The final result depends substantially on factors within the customer's control, including surface preparation, ambient temperature and humidity, mixing accuracy, and application technique. We do not guarantee any specific visual outcome and are not liable for results arising from improper surface preparation, incorrect mixing, or deviation from the instructions provided.
Our materials may include cement-based and chemical components. You are responsible for following all safety instructions provided with the kit, including the use of appropriate protective equipment (gloves, eye protection, ventilation). We are not liable for any injury, illness, or property damage arising from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow provided instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of time, loss of use of a room or property, or costs of third-party labour, arising from your use of our products.
All content on the Site — including text, images, product photography, logos, and the "Luxcement" and "Iridium" brand names — is our property or used under licence and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, transport disruption, or supply shortages.
We may update these Terms, our pricing, kit specifications, or policies at any time without prior notice. The version published on the Site at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
